Spread out over four locations, injection molding presses range from 45 to 1000 tons. Our presses are fully computerized with touch-screens and have statistical-process control capability. For lens molding, we have press side infrared (I.R) annealing ovens and a large batch annealing oven.

Our advanced robotic capability facilitates loading and extraction of insert molded parts. We offer two Thierica class 1000 cleanrooms’ that are temperature and humidity controlled. Theses cleanrooms are equipped with three spray booths with Fanuc robots. Each system uses a fluid delivery system for precise Hardcoat usage. A Bosch pallet conveyor system or COE system is used for high or low volume production and custom applications.

With the advancements in 3D plastic printing we are changing the way prototypes are done. Utilizing the latest 3D printers and our talented engineering department we can take your part from concept to reality in the matter of days, if not hours. We also offer other standard prototype options as well.

Hilco’s operators are highly trained and fully equipped to handle any job with skill and pride.
